Copy Screening Questions When Copying a Job

What's new?

When you copy a job in Bullhorn ATS, screening questions from the original job record are now automatically carried over to the new job. Questions copy in the same order and preserve their required/not-required settings.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement removes the need to manually re-enter screening questions each time you copy a job. This is especially useful for high-volume recruiters who regularly copy jobs for the same client and need their screening questions to stay consistent across those roles.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers who use the Screening Questions tab.
